Relax! Mas Cullell is set in beautiful wooded hills with stunning
unobstructed views. It is in a secluded location and from it no other
properties are visible. The farmhouse has been completely restored in
the traditional stone construction of the area, and has been fitted and
furnished to a high standard of comfort. The Accommodation comprises of:
 Outside this Catalonia Farmhouse is a large tiled Pool measuring 12m x 6m (which was new in March 2003), traditional shaded verandas, patio areas plus extensive views. Apart from the bells of the church at St Julia de Llor (don't worry, they stop at night!), this is a quiet and peaceful place, which you should find to be wonderfully relaxing. It is set on an unmade road, around 700m from the road between the small town of Angles and the hamlet of St Julia de Llor. The nearest main towns are the ancient city of Girona (around 8 miles) and Barcelona (75 minutes by car or train). The unspoiled Costa Brava beaches of Palamos, Begur, L'Escala, etc are within an hour's drive. More popular resorts such as Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar are approximately 30 minutes drive. The Pyrenees are a 45 minute drive, and the ski resort of La Molina is about a 90 minutes. Among the other places of great interest are Olot ( a beautiful medieval town ): 23 miles (45mins) and Figueres (Dali Museum etc): 33 miles (45 mins) This is stunning walking, cycling and fishing country, and horse riding, kayaking, & golf are not far away. Catalonia farmhouse of Mas Cullell is situated in the district of La
Selva, but is very near to the districts of La Garrotxa, Pirineus and
Girones. Cycling is very big in the area, and one route passes near the
farmhouse. There are many footpaths that also pass near to the
farmhouse, and it is not difficult to navigate by the scenery. We have
had some stunning walks from the house in this manner. Some of the
