This Escala villa is a modern 3 bedroomed very attractive & spacious property set in its own extensive grounds with a large private swimming pool. It is situated in a quiet residential area of the picturesque traditional fishing town. Villa Sastre is tastefully furnished villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; there is a comfortable lounge with two 3-seater sofas, dining area for 6 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen. This is an all year round villa with modern heating and air conditioning systems installed for your comfort. For your entertainment the villa has satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio connected to a surround sound speaker system.

Bedroom accommodation is arranged as follows: On the ground floor: 2 bright bedrooms that have two single beds in each. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobes and one of the bedrooms has sliding doors that open onto the decking area. A large modern bathroom with separate bath and shower is also on the ground floor. On the upper floor: A marble staircase leads to the upper floor were you will find the Master bedroom that has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe that leads out, via sliding doors, onto a huge terrace with panoramic views. There is also a bathroom and a smaller terrace upstairs.

Outside the villa there is a large secluded private swimming pool which has a large wooden decking area that can be used for sunbathing with the comfortable loungers that are supplied. There is also a table and six chairs kept outside that can be used for al fresco dining in the tiled shaded terrace area. Food can be prepared using the stone Barbecue that is supplied. There are two driveway's that can easily accommodate one car each. The secluded grounds are also home to selection of shrubs, flowers and trees. The gates to the grounds can be operated using a remote control opening system via a telephone link in the lounge or operated manually with the key. Each week a change of linen and towels will be available. Weekly rates (for Villa Sastre, not per person) are as follows: November and December 2006 £ 300 or € 450 January and February 2007 £ 300 or € 450 March and April 2007 £ 350 or € 500 May 2007 £ 400 or € 600 June 2007 £ 600 or € 900 July & August 2007 £ 900 or € 1.350 September 2007 £ 600 or € 900 October 2007 £ 400 or € 600 November & December £ 300 or € 435 The price you see is the price you pay there are no additional surcharges whatsoever. Sastre villa is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure; this is essential to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation of the villa for new guests. If this causes any major difficulties to you or your party get in touch with us, as alternative arrangements may be possible. Payments may be made in Sterling or in Euros - whichever you prefer. During July & August the changeover day is a Saturday. During the rest of the year bookings may start on any day of the week. Long term rental of the villa is welcome. Shorter stays may also be possible. Payment notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Getting to Villa Sastre: From Girona Airport follow signs for the AP7/E-15 motorway, this is a toll road but costs less than 3 Euros. As an alternative the N 11 road heads North and is free but can be very busy. We would recommend the motorway which you would join at junction 8 (about half a mile from the airport) and travel north towards France. You should exit the motorway at junction 5 and head along the G1 623 direct to L'Escala which is well signposted. The distance is approximately 25 miles with a journey time of less than 40 minutes. From Perpignan Airport you would head to the same motorway above, in France it is called the A9/E15, and head south. Remain on the motorway through the France/Spain border and continue south exiting, as above, at junction 5. Then take the G1 623 direct to L'Escala follow the same G1 623 direct to L'Escala. From Perpignan the tolls to L'Escala are less than 5 euros. The distance is approximately 50 miles and should take less than 1 hour to travel.
