There is an American style fully fitted kitchen, and lounge leading onto the balcony with views over the waterways. A short walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beach of Empuriabrava and there is also a complex nearby with restaurant, cafe, supermarket where you can also buy daily English newspapers, with bakery supplying fresh bread. Also nearby is also an outdoor swimming pool (a small charge applies). The centre of town is only a five minute drive where you will find a larger selection of shops, restaurants & supermarkets, and the main beach with a variety of watersports. Weekly rental rates: From 400€ - 590€ per week Final clean: 50 euros Returnable security deposit: 200 euros Please ask at time of booking for rental prices of bed linen and towels.
