Local Information:

Mas Fumats is located about 5 minutes from Roses which has numerous bars and restaurants.
The nearest sandy beach is also 5 minutes drive away, as is the nearest supermarket.
There is a huge choice of sandy beaches in the local area from wide sandy, child friendly beaches to totally isolated coves on the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve. There are beautiful coastal walks and you can walk directly from the villa across the hills.
Water sports include kite-surfing, scuba diving etc and 10 minutes away you will find the sky diving centre at Empuria-Brava. Local attractions include Aqua Brava water park and go-karting. Horse riding, cycling and bird watching are also popular local pursuits. Peralada Golf course is only 20 mins by car. In the Winter it is possible to ski within 2 hours driving. The world famous restaurant El Bulli is approx 15 minutes drive. The famous Salvador Dali towns of Cadaques and Figueres are 15 mins and 20 mins drive.
The villa is also located about 30 minutes from the French border./We feel a car is essential to enjoy your holiday.
