Situated on the mountain area Els Grecs, the villa is only a two minute drive from the centre of Roses or a 15 minute walk down into the town with its beaches. A private driveway leads to Villa Margarita, which consists of: Downstairs A very large, modern open plan area incorporating the lounge with 2 leather settees, TV with satellite, PC & wifi. Sofa bed In back part of lounge to sleep 2.The Lounge leads into: Dinning room area with large table to seat eight people. The kitchen is of a very high specification and fully equipped with all modern appliances including fridge freezer with ice maker and cool filtered water always to hand for those hot summer days. There are stunning views from every downstairs window which will take your breathe away! Separate Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. W C Upstairs: Extremely large Master Bedroom suite with panoramic views and it’s own large curved balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. Double bed, en suite with double Jacuzzi bath to relax in after a hard day sunbathing and enjoy the some of the best sunsets you could possibly experience. Separate large Shower from which you also have the great views, toilet, bidet and a separate walk-in wardrobe. 2nd Bedroom with double bed, own en-suite with bath and views over the national park. 3rd with bunk beds and en-suite shower room. The downstairs opens onto another curved balcony which leads onto a decking eating area and access to the swimming pool which has further terraces and hammock style sunbeds to soak up the sun. Outside: Balcony leads down to the pool and sunbathing terraces, one decked in wood and the others tiled and large gas BBQ and outdoor eating area. A large trampoline is also outside for children's use with a safety net Long driveway for parking. The house has central heating and air conditioning. Weekly Rental Rates are: 20th January to 26th June € 1500 per week 26th June to 28th August € 2200 per week 28th August to 18th December € 1500 per week Special Offer: Christmas and New Year €1200 per week Sterling is accepted in accordance with exchange rates at time of booking and paying final balance. Terms and conditions: When you have decided on the dates that you would like to book, in order to secure the reservation please contact us (See below). 500 euros holding deposit is to be paid at the time of booking for each week booked. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit is returned within 4 weeks of departure if property is left in an acceptable state. Arrival time is not before 4pm - departure by 10am. Cleaning is done before arrival and is also included for your departure day. A small extra charge is made for mid-week clean if required. Towels and bedding included and beach towels also provided. A FREE welcome pack on arrival including some Spanish Cava for you to enjoy.
