Villa Los Rosales is a large terraced duplex property on the quality Las Casas Blancas community. It is personally maintained by the owners who ensure that you will find the villa is a comfortable and relaxing home.

On the entrance floor:

"L" shaped Lounge / Diner / American-style kitchen - Both the Lounge and Dining areas have wide sliding patio doors onto the terrace. There is satellite TV, DVD and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dish washer.

Balcony - with barbecue, south-facing, overlooking the entire Bay of Roses.

Stairway down to:

Bedroom One & Two - One twin, one double, both with wardrobes. They both have patio doors leading onto step-out balconies with the same south-facing view of the Bay of Roses.

From the courtyard outside there are steps leading up to a large roof terrace.


The well-maintained swimming pool is shared with the other eleven properties on the community. It too has views over the Bay of Roses and also the beach of Canyelles Petites. As many of the owners only use their villas as occasional holiday homes and do not rent, it is often completely empty! The pool area also has a shower and a WC. The community also has adequate parking for both residents and guests.

Los Rosales is equidistant between the Blue Flag beaches of Canyelles Petites and L'Almadrava, and is about a 10 minutes walk to both (somewhat longer walking back up!).

Canyelles Petites is less than an hour's drive from both Gerona and Perpignan.
