The apartment is a two minute drive or a pleasant fifteen minute stroll to the beach. On your arrival at the apartment you will be met by the owners' local agent who will issue you with the keys and would deal with any problems, should they arise. The property comprises of 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto terrace, lounge with satellite TV and patio doors onto the terrace, American style kitchen diner with microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, full size fridge-freezer ,toaster and kettle. The beautifully tiled, fully fitted bathroom has bath, shower and washing machine. The apartment has ample shared parking and beautiful communal gardens. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Santa Margarita with its stunning beach and panoramic view of the Bay of Roses. Bed linen can be provided at a cost of €20 for one bed, €35 for two beds. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed, making this Apartment highly economical for a family of four. The weekly rental rates are: January to March € 300 April and May € 350 June to August € 420 September and October € 350 November and December € 300 The above rates include all water and electricity NB: There is an additional charge of € 30 per booking to cover the cost of the final clean of the apartment.
