The
restaurant is very well positioned in the centre of the town of
Roses and currently comfortably seats forty customers and boasts a
clean, modern kitchen.
In addition to peak-season tourists, the town enjoys a good fishing
industry and many second homes making the catering business viable
all year round.
Roses is quickly becoming the culinary capital of the Costa Brava
and Catalunya, with the long-established El Bulli (''The Best
Restaurant in the World'') being joined by a new quality restaurant
operated by the renowned chef de cuisine Sergi Arola of La Broche of
Madrid (two Michelin stars).
However, the town also supports a number of budget and some
mid-price restaurants, with many customers coming from the outlying
resorts and developments.
Don't miss this fine opportunity to operate a thriving business on
the beautiful northern Costa Brava!
